Frequently Asked Questions

Click the "Create Episode" button from the home page or navigation menu. Enter your topic, select your preferences (duration, language, voice speed), and hit create. Your episode will be generated in about a minute and start playing as soon as content is ready.

Episodes start playing in about 60 seconds, with progressive streaming allowing you to listen while the rest generates. Full episodes are typically complete within 2-3 minutes, depending on the target duration.

Your usage is based on the actual duration of the generated episode, not your target. If you request a 10-minute episode but it ends up being 8 or 12 minutes, you'll be charged for the actual length. Our AI aims to hit your target duration, but focuses on completing the topic naturally rather than artificially padding or cutting content. Episodes are typically within 1-2 minutes of your target.

You can request episodes on almost any educational topic! Popular categories include history, technology, biographies, science, business, self-improvement, and more. Our AI specializes in creating informative, documentary-style content suited for curious learners.

Currently, Superlore supports English, Spanish, and French for episode generation. The AI will generate both the script and narration in your selected language.

Yes! When creating an episode, you can choose from 0.8x (slower), 1.0x (normal), or 1.2x (faster) speed. You can also adjust playback speed while listening using the player controls.

When creating an episode, you can toggle "Include background music" on or off. The music is professionally mixed to enhance the listening experience without overpowering the narration.

Absolutely! You can share your episodes by making them public. Click the share icon on your episode and choose your visibility preference: Public Listed (appears in library), Public Unlisted (accessible via link only), or Private (only you can access).

Yes! Every episode includes a full transcript that follows along as you listen. Click the transcript icon in the player to view it. The text highlights in real-time as the audio plays.

Superlore works great on both web browsers and mobile devices. Our web app is fully responsive and optimized for mobile listening with lock screen controls and background playback support.

Episodes are currently available for streaming only. We recommend using Superlore with an internet connection for the best experience. Offline downloads may be added in a future update.
