By accessing and using Superlore ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Superlore is an AI-powered platform that generates educational audio content on-demand. Users can request topics and receive professionally narrated podcast-style episodes.

The Service includes:

• AI-generated educational audio episodes
• Mobile and web applications for listening
• User accounts and content management
• Subscription plans for enhanced access

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You may use the Service anonymously or create an account using your email address. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Limited to 600 minutes (10 hours) of content generation per month.

Premium Plan ($3.99/month): 600 minutes per month with additional features.

Pro Plan ($9.99/month): 1800 minutes (30 hours) per month with priority support.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Billing occurs on the same day each month. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Contact support@superlore.ai for refund requests.

5. User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of episodes you create. Superlore does not claim ownership of your content.

License: By making an episode public, you grant Superlore a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

Prohibited Content: You may not create content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or promotes violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Spam or deceptive content

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-Generated Content: Episodes generated by Superlore's AI system are provided "as-is". While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors.

Platform IP: The Superlore platform, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Superlore and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Third-Party Content: Some episodes may reference or summarize third-party sources. Users are responsible for respecting copyright when sharing content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Circumvent usage limits or payment systems
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranties: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Educational Content: Episodes are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

Limitation of Liability: Superlore is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including lost data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@superlore.ai. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Superlore operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
